Exemption of all commercial goods from port storage fees during the period of demonstrations that Umm Qasr Ports went through

In implementation of the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Transport, Abdullah Laibi Bahd, and according to the text of Article 211 of the Iraqi Civil Code No. 40 of 1951, and as a result of the force majeure conditions that Umm Qasr Ports went through for the period 10-28-2019 to 7-11-2019 due to the outbreak of demonstrations. And that prevented the owners of the goods from receiving their goods during that period, it was decided to exempt all commercial goods from the port storage wages during the period of demonstrations that Umm Qasr Ports went through, and this exemption also includes the fees of the joint operating companies resulting from that and for the same delay period.
